Emily Arrow Singalong Storytime Concert with Peter H. Reynolds
Saturday, April 28, 9:30 a.m. at the Dedham Community Theatre
Award-winning children's musician and educator Emily Arrow will be in Dedham on Independent Bookstore Day, Saturday, April 28, for a concert of her popular children’s songs, including “The Dot Song” and the “I am Yoga” song, inspired by two of Peter H. Reynolds bestselling books. Peter Reynolds will be joining her on stage to help host this one-of-a-kind celebration of music, art and story! Due to high-interest from the community and space constraints, the concert will be a ticketed event held at the Dedham Community Theatre, directly across the street from The Blue Bunny, at 9:30 a.m. Ticket price is $6.00 per attendee; children age 2 and under are free.
A reception and CD signing will take place after the event at The Blue Bunny Bookstore, where Emily's Singalong CDs will be available for purchase. Walk-in ticket purchases for the concert will be an option, space permitting.
Emily Arrow creates literature inspired music and media for children, cultivating an appreciation for literacy! Based in Nashville, TN, Emily and her ukulele bring today's best picture books to life through song. With permission from the books' creators, Emily collaborates with best-selling authors and artists to create the best in children's media.
